[GFX][1.1.76] Manual Crafting queue "expand" button using old UI graphics

This is an exceedingly minor issue, but as an enjoyer of the new GUI it was significant enough for me to notice it multiple times. When queuing up a lot of things to manual craft, the little arrow button that appears in the queue has a notably ugly appearance that does not match any of the other buttons in the game, and looks almost low-res compared to the rest of the game.

Not super required to fix but it definitely feels out of place since the rest of the UI is so slick.
