i'm using power armor. here's the layout:

• 18 solar panels,
• 1 battery,
• 1 disabled nightvision.

but the nightvision doesn't work at night, even when the battery is full.
when mouse is hovered over the goggle, the name is "disabled nightvision."
how should I enable the goggle?

You are probably using a mod that disabled it. Read the mod documentation.
