Logistics Network not Supplying Existing Items

Hello other players I have logistics requests on my person for a bunh of items but only some of them are being filled. In the picture I hover over a chest with one of the items not being supplied showing that
-The items exist on the logistics network I am in
-There are plenty of available robots to supply me
-The logistics tab with a red background on the items I am concerned with

What other conditions should I be looking out for?
