[1.1.2] Fluid pipes of same fluid type not connecting

Hi there. Beyond what the title says, I was trying to attach two different pipes filled with petrogas together, and I got an error saying they cannot be attached, even though hovering your mouse over each end shows they are both the same fluid type. I've provided a video of the bug as well as the save game.

As you can see there are already quite a few pipes placed down in my base without this issue emerging. I'm guessing there is some weird internal state preventing the two 'networks' of same fluid type from merging.
