ups optimization help

hello there,
I have posted here my save file which is my latest game play, which has ups of about 35 in my system.
i have a tilable design which i repeat again and again in my base,
i am looking for help to optimize the design for better ups
if interested please take a look and share your thoughts and ideas
as far as i have read through forums , some of the suggestions were,
avoid circuits , avoid looping of tracks, use beacons and solar etc
some of them are may not employable in my area, but please do share your thoughts.
