Personal Bots Stopped Suddenly Working [0.17.79]

Hey,
I just build a smelting array with my personal bots by placing a blueprint. After that i wanted to remove some trees with the deconstruction planner but suddenly the bots didn't come out to remove the trees. So i tried to place another blueprint. The same thing. The bots just dont't come out to build it. They also dont come out to replace broken items or repair them even while having all the materials needed in my inventory. The construction bots from the logistic network work fine. I don't know what to do and could use some help please.
