Kill all biter

Is there any way to reset all biters + pollution. (via files) so that it is not assumed to be cheating. or if it doesn't work, what is the command for the game, and then you can somehow reactivate the Achivments? sorry for the bad English

1) No. There are console commands, and mods, but they disable achievements.
2) There is no built-in way to re-enable achievements after them being disabled by mods/console use, but people have tried. The discussion is here :
