[0.18.9] Logistic slot not loading?

For whatever reason my logistic delivery slot for Construction bots doesn't seem to be working. When I go to logistic delivery areas that contain construction bots, none get delivered. See the screenshot that I'm supposed to get 40 construction bots, i have 38, and there are plenty in storage.

Chances are you abandoned them somewhere and they are out of power trying to get back. If you are sure this is not the case, post the save.

Eventually I did regain the full number. This is a reason I've asked for an indicator to show how many construction bots are currently active, much like we already have for combat robots.
