[0.16 Latest Stable] --map2scenario parameter format?

The wiki says this for the --map2scenario command-line argument:
which makes about zero sense if you are trying to pick a specific save. How does one format parameters for the --map2scenario argument?Assuming that save game name is "foo.zip", executing './factorio --map2scenario s1' will result in Factorio loading, opening the save file, and saving the scenario into the scenario folder.
