Undoing a planned upgrade

I've marked a bunch of stuff with the upgrade planner and the entities now have that upgrade circle over them.

How I can I undo that? I tried setting a filter in the deconstruction planner but there is no "upgrade entity" special. And the "ghost entity" filter doesn't apply to upgrades.

What Loewchen means: Take an upgrade planner in your hand and mark the entities again while pressing the shift key. This is "undo" for upgrade planning. Shift works as undo also for deconstruction planning.

Yeah, I used that for the deconstruction planner but didn't think of trying the same for the upgrade planner.
