Invisible things

I am playing Factorio with some mods on, and after 2 or 3 days playing, i load my save file and lots of things were invisible. Some examples are: Tress, cliffs, botanical nursery (Pyanodons coal processing) and the player model. I still can click on those things, interact with them, and "hit" them. If i hover my mouse over, i can see the details of the object.
After i reinstalled my factorio it fixed the problem, i played for one day, but in the next one, a couple of things went invisible too.

If i need to send my save/the modlist, can someone explain me if i need to write mod by mod, or somewhere i can show all of them together? And the save, i should zip it and sent via attachment?
