This isn't an ideal setup for nuclear power, but I would think there should be enough water for more than 8-11 boilers per offshore pump, even in this situation, right?
The two inside offshore pumps (in each set of four, parallel offshore pump supply lines) and the outer boilers on all four cardinal directions are the problematic ones. You can see that many of the boilers have no water. If I remove connecting pipes between the boilers where water isn't making it far enough, let it fill up, then reconnect, I can systematically get the water to work its way down. This nuclear setup was built sometime in 0.17, maybe in 0.17.33, but the save originates from 0.12.33.
It seems like a bug with how the fluids are seemingly non-existent, but I just wanted to make sure. It's as if the water is disappearing without explanation, because I can force it to work as expected if I tear down the pipes at the ends where water runs out and put them back in, gradually. If I remove pipes and reinstall them before the boilers, it does not resolve the issue; pumps do not resolve the issue.
