Skipping the station

Is there any possibility to skip train station without disable it?
For example:
Station A -> wait until cargo full
Station B -> wait 30 seccond
Station C -> wait until cargo empty
If the cargo is emptied at station B, is any possibility to skip station C? Now, if the cargo is empty, the train goes to station C and stops for 0 seconds. I do not use mods.
My problem is more complicated, but I present to you a simplified version, which solution will help me a lot.
