How do I replace shortcuts in the quickbar?

Great 0.17 so far!

How do I replace shortcuts in the quickbar? I tried a bunch of key/mouse combinations lol.

Middle click clears the quickbar slot. (don't suppose anyone is counting how many times this has been asked and answered...)
