Inventory toolbar missing

Inventory toolbar missing

I used to have a toolbar on the left of the screen that showed all the items in my invertory - it has disappeared and I cannot get it back??

I still have the tool belt visible in the middle bottom of the screen - 2 rows , it's the side one that had was probably 10 columns wide by 6 rows
