Power consumption greater than nominal

I just noticed, that my 20 electrolysers Mk2 with nominal power consumption 350kW consume 7.2MW of energy, while it should consume 7.0
I don't know if it's only mod related or some general mismatch between nominal and actual consumption.

Does electrolyzer have drain value? 10kW drain would explain the numbers.

So the drain is always active? I always thought drain was "usage during downtime", but I guess it makes sense now. Thanks!
