Sorry, the assembly and output ports of the assembly machine of my tool assembly machine 4 are gone. What should I do if I update the processing?

All types of assembly machines are not visible at the input and output ports, including liquefied assembly machines.

Well, that's clearly a modded version of the game so not sure what those assemblers are supposed to be building. However, I assume you are saying they should have something like this assembly machine does for the lubricant:
