I've started to upgrade my factory to use logistic robots instead transport belts, but here's a problem on the picture: what is this, why i can't either examine or decontruct this thing and why it appears to be wired as if it's a pole?

Isn't it the top of the medium electric poles?

It's just a really tall pole. You can deconstruct it by mining 2 tiles down.

OMG, i am so stupid :< Didn't see these poles.
