RSO setup for Railworld

Would like to know what is a good setup for rso using railworld, with bitter expansion

Personally I use default rail world with rso installed and turn on expansion. Then I dial up the time a little so I don't get overrun. I think the defaults are 8 and 60 minutes, and I set them to 20 and 90.
