ok, i just got the game and in my world my copper sauce is miles away from everything else i dont have trains yet or speedy conveyors i need to get the copper back to my camp please help i would be very grateful

3 options - restart, relocate or install a long transport belt for shipping.
To me, I'd lean towards relocating. Just about everything is 100% recyclable and, for a first game, you've probably already learned how to allocate space for part of your factory.
In a medium resource map, you can usually wander around for a bit until you find the sweet spot. For me, I need coal next to iron and copper a stones throw away from them. Stone's location is not as important. Also keep an eye out for at least one oil well that can be piped locally.
