for electricity i had put offshore pump some pipes then 3 boilers and last i had put 2 steam engine, i had conect all, i had put fuel in boilers, and small electric pole. After that boilers and steam engine dont start...pls help me i tried many ways but same not want start

This has been changed in 0.15 version compared to previous versions.
Now look careful in Alt mode at a boiler - it has 2 water connections to link them to one another and a pump, and a steam output at the side where you should connect 2 steam engines per boiler.

yes it does its all connected in boilers is water and is only 15 degrees

Water does not get heated by boilers. Steam is. You connect Steam Engines to Steam output
