Moving items to trash

I want to be able to shift-click any item to my logistic trash slots.
Is there a different key besides shift that lets me do this,
and if not, is there a mod that can [key]-click any item to my trash?

You can change your keybindings in the options screen. I'm not sure if that's what you want, so apologies if I misunderstood you.

You may find that logistics auto-trash slots are better suited to what you want to do. With those, you can set a level of a given item that is allowed in your inventory, any more, and those will be taken away by the logistics bots provided that you are within the range of a network with bots and storage to which the bots can off-load those items. I have used them in the past to auto-remove Raw wood from my inventory so I don't have to do so manually.
