I haven't been able to test all the new conditions since I played in .13, but is there a way to signal a train to move to the next station when a single wagon has fulfilled its purpose? I'm thinking about using longer trains to move materials to multiple stations on the same circuit, but don't know if it is possible. I saw there is an option to move on Idle, but don't know if that means what it sounds like.
A good example, is that I'd love to empty a car, then load it back up with the final product, like say Green Circuits. But if I conditioned it to move on empty, it would leave too quickly, and if I set it to leave on full, it wouldn't go because only one car would be filled, versus the two used to start production.

Set it to leave on "Circuit: Electronic circuit = 8000".
Use a green wire to connect the station to a power pole. This enables the circuit interface. Make sure the circuit interface has "Send to train" and "Read train contents" checked.

or you can set cargo:3000 Circuit
Think that does the same thing

It does.
