hello everyone,

I just have a quick question regarding the saves of the blueprint. (the library blueprint of vanilla, not the blueprintstring mod)

I will have to change my setup, new hard drive, then I will have to install again factorio and don't want loose all my blueprint library.

my question is the following : where are they saved on my computer, I do not find them into the "factorio" folder on appdata.

Should we have somewere a folder wich will contain a file for each bleuprint saved on my library ? Or the only way to keep them is to extract the sting of each of them into a note pad then export it back in the game ?

thanks in advance for your time :)

I think what you're looking for is the file called "blueprint-storage.dat." This is one of the files I copy over when I do upgrades to Factorio, and I've had no problems with my blueprints.

It lives in the top-level Factorio directory (alongside the mods, saves, etc. directories).

I'm not using the Steam version, so if you are, your mileage may vary. :)

EDIT: also copy achievements-modded.dat, player-data.json, and the entire config, mods, and saves directories, and you can pick up right where you left off with all of your mods/options/etc. intact.

thanks for your answer !

I found it thank you, actually I was looking for a bunch of documents as it work for the old « blueprint-string » mod.
this one created one text file for each blueprint.

I have not imagine that all will be contain in one file for vanilla.

Thanks for your help :)
