need to add an item from a mod

ok here it is I added a mod to game that I had been playing for a couple hours but I have already researched the tech that is supposed to unlock it I've tried adding it but I keep getting the warning about Lua commands I don't want to use and lua command as I want to play through for the achievements. can anyone help. the Mod I added was the add-loader-u15 0.0.9
