I don't know about blueprint strings, but you can go an old map and drop and drag blueprints or blueprint books into the new interface. Despite the "Shared blueprints" labeling on the left side, you need to drag them to the right half of the interface to make them available in all games. Not sure if that's a goof or if I am misunderstanding something... seems pretty odd.

The new blueprint interface is the left most icon above your mini-map.

There is a developer reply to a similar question in general discussion. The blueprint string mod is incompatible with the new blueprint string function in 0.15 vanilla.

Any exported schematics from 0.14 must be from a mod and will be incompatible with 0.15's built-in system.

However, here's what you can do:

Download them for 0.14 and open them using the mod on a 0.14 version of Factorio, then paste and build them on a map.
Once you have the ones you want, load that map in 0.15 and add them to the new system.

The blueprint mods have been updated to run in 0.15
You can import mod strings into the mod now, create the blueprint and then add it into the vanilla library.
