Hi guys, have a look at this
http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.c ... 2A9464552/
and in it, you can see that the north-west substation is not linked to the large pylon. Why? All four substations are equidistant from the plyon.
I've built this a few times to see if I had accidentially misplaced it, but every time, the northwest one does not hook up. Bug? Quirk in the substation? (As in, the connection point is in the top left corner of the 2x2 grid it occupies) Fixable?
what's wrong with this substation?
Re: what's wrong with this substation?
A power pole can only hold up to 5 wires.
The 4th substation would be the 6th.

Ah, did not know that, many thanks

You can manually connect the wire using a piece of "copper wire" in the same manner as the red and green wires (hold it in your hand and click on one then the other).
Re: what's wrong with this substation?
You can't if the pole already has 5 copper wire connections.BenSeidel wrote:You can manually connect the wire using a piece of "copper wire" in the same manner as the red and green wires (hold it in your hand and click on one then the other).
What you can do though is removing another connection first by clicking two connected poles while holding copper wire and then connect the desired pole. Or shift-click on the pole to remove all connections and manually connect them like you want.

Yes, do that step first.daniel34 wrote:What you can do though is removing another connection first
