I'm playing the game on a laptop with a 2nd monitor, and I would prefer to run the game on the 2nd screen, but everytime I toggle the "fullscreen" option the game moves back to the first screen. How do I get the game to run fullscreen on my 2nd monitor?

I assume you are using windows.

You have 2 Options:

1: make the 2nd monitor to your primary display

2: play with a maximized window

if you have linux you can make the window with alt+F11 borderless and maximized (almost identical to fullscreen) on any screen.
