It says: "There was an error while communicating with PayPal. The transaction has been aborted. Please try again later."

Maybe there was an error on the side of paypal? Have you tried again?

Yes, I have been trying for the last 4-5 hours but still can't buy

I guess it is because you are using a credit card via Paypal (not a native paypal account)? If that is the case then I am sorry for the inconvenience. The good news is that there will be a native card processing on the webpage in couple of days ...
