Advanced Electric Circuit

The advanced electric circuit is asking for a Plastic Bar. I can find nothing related to a Plastic Bar in the wiki, let alone the game.

The recipe in the wiki doesn't seem to include a Plastic Bar. How do I make them?

Hello,
the plastic bar is made in the chemical plant, you need to start the oil industry for that.

The wiki is currently outdated at that point, when oil industry comes into play. There is a big fat links on the main page:
