Achiement unlocked in game, but not on steam

Since the 0.13 patch, achievements are enabled.
However, when I started playing on 0.13, an achievement was already unlocked: Watch your step (Get killed by moving Locomotive).
I've tried to unlock the achievement, but alas nothing happened.
Is there a way to push an update of the achievements to steam?

do you have any mods enabled? or did you use a command?
Either will disable steam achievements

I'd suggest you delete the achievements.dat in the %AppData%\Factorio directory. It'll reset all the achievemts.

it's simple if u switch off all mods except base mod, start game and you will get some of achievements on Steam

I have not used any mods or commands.

Did not work, I even tried to remove the whole
%AppData%\Factorio folder, but alas no success
