HI
Can I save item not to be used in making new item:
I want to make for egzample fast inserter but it use my existing inserters.
So can I make new fast inserter without usin inserter from my PERSONAL BELT (quick use belt of my caracter)

It'd be nice if stuff that you purposely put in the quickbar doesn't get used for crafting. Especially stuff in filtered slots.

Well there are people for it, and other against. This discussion has already taken place, and there is no good vs bad solution. Just a choice.
There are literally tons of topics of people wishing crafting queue to work differently, I advise you to have a look at this topic, and all the links it contains :

So add a toggle to gameplay options, now everyone can have it work the way he wants.
