What is the night&day duration?

What is the night (and day) duration in seconds? From the electric power graph it seems a night is much shorter than a day, but how long it is?
I'd like to count accumulator capacity for a device running all night, let's say a mining drill (well, few of them) or a radar.

During dusk, the light level decreases linearly from fully light to fully dark. During dawn, it increases linearly from dark to light.

If you're just running a radar as a standalone mini-base, 6 solar collectors and 5 accumulators will make it almost through the night.
7 and 6 will stay powered up forever....

Are those values actually accurate and up-to-date?
Because the page also mentions the duration of those cycle phases in ticks and in percentages of the complete cycle and those values don't match up.
