Transport Belt Madness not working?

I created the following solution for Transport Belt Madness Level 1:
Level 1 Transport Madness
However, nothing happens. I am pretty sure I hooked everything up properly... what am I missing?

Ohh I had to click on "Start Level"... ok, makes sense!
