Post by Sammy_D4897 »

I am using rail signals for a cross track, but when I place the signals down the train says there is no path

The signals have to go on the right hand side of the track. In your screenshot you have them on the opposite sides of the track for both sets of track.
This is having the effect of letting the train enter the cross section but not allowing it to exit, or for travelling in the opposite direction it lets the train exit but not enter.

I'm assuming your west-east track is supposed to be two-way.

A two-way track requires signals on both sides of the track, but they should be across from each other so that they are linked and communicate with each other.
You should see the other signal turn green when placing it like this.

Without that, the track is only the direction of the signals arrows shown when you place it or hover over it.
