How to make the robots to take the thing from the provider chest so they don't jam?

If you output directly your furnaces into provider chests and expect robots to keep them empty, you'll neet an enormous amount of robots. I advise you to use inserters and conveyor belts to fulfill this need.

What you're looking for is an active provider chest (purple). The bots will come as quickly as they can to remove the items. If the active provider boxes are filling up then you need more storage chests (yellow) (for long term storage), or more logistical bots / roboports (for quicker transfer & charging).

It's in general not a good idea to use logistic bots for the transport of a constant stream of items. Better: Use belts to bring the items as near as possible to the consumers and then put them into chests, this will reduce robot usage (= number of bots / number of roboports) much.
