how to turn off these flashing icons?
how can i turn off all these flashing icons?

I don't see any in-game options to toggle those icons so it propably comes down to "there's a mod for that".

You do not need a mod.

Steps to turn off the flashing icons in Factorio Space Age:

1. Start Factorio.
2. From the Main menu, select "Settings".
3. Then select "Graphics".
4. Select the search icon (magnifying glass), or use the CTRL + F search shortcut on the keyboard, and search for the word "icon".
5. You should see the "Enable warning icons blinking" setting.
6. Select the checkbox in front of the "Enable warning icons blinking" setting, make sure the checkbox is empty!
7. Select the green button "Confirm" in the lower right of the Graphics menu.
8. Select "Back" in the "Settings" menu.
9. You are back on the Main menu, and can play Factorio with no flashing icons.

I wish we could ask to blind every 10 seconds instead of current blinking rate.

Or use command in "chat": It doesn't affect achievements.
