Combining Quality and Science

I've been playing around with quality stuff and managed to set up a decent way (recycling blue chips and transmuting some of the plastic into steel) of producing legendary equipment (Modules, Beacons, etc.). I've been thinking, this method can be applied to produce red, green and yellow legendary packs. Yet I am utterly stumped on how to create other ones efficiently. The key issue seems to be sulfur and stone. While the former can be managed as oil/fruit are infinite, the latter one perplexes me. How does one obtain legendary stone ore/blocks/concrete?

Conrete
For conrete I think the best way is to use stone mined with qualitie modules. Then every stone that has a higher quality than normal is refined with the rescyler and quality modules until only legendaries are left. then it's easy. Just use the Forge to make concrete from the legendary stone brick.
Stone is near infinite on vulcanos (Make liquid iron or Copper with qualitie modules, Produce copper or iron plates from it and throw them into the lava)
Alternatively, you can also use qualitative modules when making stone bricks. And then refine them to legendary via the rescyler
Sulfur
if you have the cyrogenitic plants use them with many quality modules to produce sulphur effectively. Then refine further with the rescyler.
Planets are a little more difficult here. You have infinite heavy oil on Fulgora, but for water you might have to expand the space platform properly.
But since you also get a lot of water by processing scrap, I would try it on Fulgora.
Legendary Science packs
but i honestly don't understand if the 600% is worth it for legendary sciene packs

Worth it or not depends, I think, on whatever constraints you have set up in your factory. For example, I am using belts to move science from the producers to the labs. At some point, the belt simply cannot more more science packs than it already does.
Quality packs are one way of increasing the science “to the labs” without actually sending additional actual packs.
I don’t know if it would be worthwhile to make production chains specifically for Quality science packs though, instead of merely putting the modules in the science makers hoping for the occasional quality pack. For that matter - many people that I’ve spoken to say productivity module the science makers. For most purposes that may be better, except for the full belt scenario.
