Hello guys, I am trying to rebuild my spaceship and it has extra foundation to delete.
Do you know any possible way to delete that? Either Alt+D or Right Click didn't help. Thanks!

This is the way to do it. But maybe your hub is full and can't put those foundations back in.

Generally I have to do a rebuild in steps to avoid this problem, delete some part, rebuild it and then go on to the next.

Or if you have a surplus of rockets you could just send it back down, redesign, and then back up...

This is not the case. My hub has empty slots, but still, I can't remove foundation. Bug?

if you cancel the deletion and retry does it still occur ?

Do you have a save game ?

It can happen if you try to deconstruct creating a hole that it doesn't work for other connected part it's not easy to spot with ghosth sometimes

I checked your save. Alt+D does work if there's enough space in the hub. And the ship from the photo is already rebuilt in the savefile

I'm having the same issue. Nothing I do seems to deconstruct space platform foundations on my first platform. I just built a second one as a test and I *CAN* deconstruct on that no problem (so far, literally nothing on it yet). There should be nothing preventing the deconstruction on the original platform though. This really seems like a bug.

EDIT: after placing some basic buildings on the second platform I can no longer delete foundations from it either.

I tried loading this save from another computer and suddenly everything works as it should.

Neither HUB is full, there is plenty of free space in both.

From my understanding/testing, all you should have to do is load in, open the map, select one of the space platforms, and use Alt+D to delete some empty space platform foundations. This does not work for me (except as noted in that thread, it did work briefly on a completely vanilla space platform starter pack with nothing else added yet).

Thanks, that basically confirms it's a local environment issue then. I wonder what the hell could cause just that piece of functionality to not work for me??

No clue, but it would be good that you submit a bug report attaching your save. It would help the devs to fix the issue so more people doesn't experience it.
If it happened to you, it surelly will happen to others.

Search the bug report subforum just in case it's already reported, if you find another thread with the same issue, you can also upload your save.

EDIT: I've not seen one of your messages, you already created a bug report, but I suggest you to also add that image you posted on the bug report, helps the devs to see the exact problem inmediatelly. Also if you use some mod to edit the cargo bay slots, try to remove it. I don't know if you have modded it but you have excesive free slots, the base landing pad has only like 40 slots and by checking your image you have at least double or triple the ammount... weird.

Well, now just wait, I would at least try to create another platform to continue playing.
