What is this expanding symbol on the asteroid collector?

I built another space platform over Nauvis and the asteroid collectors aren't collecting. They are both pulsing with the symbol in this photo:

From the looks of the icon and the inserter arrows just in front of it I'd imagine it's obstructed

Are you using the latest latest latestttt version ? because that seem to be something that is being worked on

Brilliant! Thanks. I jumped back into the game and 2.0.15 was available. I updated it and...
... it fixed it. I didn't have to do the hack. Time to crash again. Ugh, I hate being sick.
