For automated way... Use an inserter to throw it back into the lava. ^^
Best riddance ever.
That said, if you unlocked the recycler already, then you could alternatively use that by looping it until is gone. But that is more energy inefficient way to do it.
And if you want to be totally hardcore... launch it to space platform... and throw it off the platform. I am waiting for a YT video where some mad guy builds a whole infrastructure just for the sake of launching excess stone into space.

turn it into refined concrete and pave over the whole universe.

But you have so much energy available on Vulcanis...
Solar panels have a 400% bonus on the surface.
The Calcite-to-Steam recipe can produce so much 500-degree C Steam that you will never have to worry about running out of energy.

True that.
... but as Factorio-player, can you really ever sleep well at night knowing you stopped caring about efficiency even in a "infinite" resource scenario and that you didn't give it your best to optimize it? ^^

Being a Factorio player, I would happily sleep at night using primarily higher Q# solar panels to power my Vulcanis factory.
A Vulcanis Q5 solar panel can provide 600kW of energy (compared to a Nauvis Q5 solar panel giving only 150 kW).
Besides Vulcanis and Nauvis, all surface locations struggle to provide solar energy to make it worthwhile.
If a 400% bonus to solar energy + higher Q# is insufficient motivation to optimize your solar panel production line, then I don't know what will.

Well, I hate solar power. ^^
It only involves stamping the whole landscape with arrays of solar panels & accumulators. That is what I dislike about it. The monotony. I always felt about it like this back on Nauvis already even without SA.
So when I can, I avoid using solar.
On the space platforms it is another matter however. There is little else you can do efficiently.
Sure one can build a little nuke plant on it or whatever but for my current purposes even only a single reactor would be total overkill and take too much space for the couple MW you need on there. Might change later but I am not that far yet with building massive platforms. My biggest one is the one for space science & calcite in Nauvis orbit where I reprocess every chunk so nothing has to be dumped back into space (except for ice cubes, sole waste product). But even that one does just fine with solar power. The ones that travel between planets are all muuuch smaller still; just transporting science packs and a couple building materials; nothing too special that would require so much power. ^^
So for the platforms I totally use the best Quality Accumulators & Solar Panels I can manufacture.
