Production bonus - why?

Production bonus - why?

I just did my first setup of oil production. I see that the pumpjacks are getting production bonuses but I dont know why. I have no modules installed.

Have you researched any Mining Productivity? It adds bonus productivity to both mining drills and pumpjacks.
