Help.installing Mod

I download SimpleTeleporters_0.0.4, and put it in mod folder....But each time i open the game ,it keeps saying ''No loader found for ''tool''..By the way this is my first mod i downloaded...Any tips

Does this happen when you launch Factorio or actually load into a map?
Also make sure it is either a zip file or just a folder of the mod.Rar files or any other type besides zip files don't work.
Also make sure you go into the Mods menu in Factorio from the main screen and enable it. You will have to restart the game for that to take effect.

If it is giving an error when you actually load a map, that sounds like a problem within the mod itself.

Thank you for the reply.Sorry about the delay.....It only happen when i start up the game''factorio''..Maybe because of window 10?,i upgrade 2 weeks ago
