You can connect the offshore pump to circuit network, requires no electricity to turn on/off flow. So an electric-less valve should not be controversial.

He is talking about the dozens of threads on how Transport belts and offshore pumps should require power to function. Don't let this thread devolve into that argument again.

I tried a mod which made belts use power. Just as a test, but It kinda was interesting.
