Steel axe research increases melee damage

TL;DR
Steel axe research increases melee damage.
What ?
Now player have constant melee damage but it would be nice, if melee damage depended on the type of an instrument.
Why ?
This idea almost doesn't have an impact on the game but in my opinion the value of Factorio is it's attention to details and this is a pretty cool feature.

Ah, axe. A weapon for when you don't want to waste ammo for one bug (and it deals more damage than pistol!). It would be nice to be able to increase its damage or swing speed with research, but most of the time you either have a ranged weapon to not put yourself to risk, or already screwed up. Exceptions are very rare in vanilla game, I can remember only enemy gun turret running out of ammo but still angrily looking at you in multiplayer.
