[Request] Chemical plant

For the Factorio DrugLab mod a bigger chemical plant is needed.

Requirements:
Needs to handle both Steam cracking and Agitation (of solutions and mixtures)
Be cheap preferable!
Not important:
Does not need to be new
Does not need to be clean,
Can be smelly, rusty, leaking and polluting if the price is right.
Need delivery in rendered spritesheet.
