[Done] New Turret

Hi,
I'd like to add a turret to my Mod. I know there are a ton of Mods with turrets.
Was hoping get a new Turret Image.
(or permission to use the art from existing mods if someone with one is reading this
)

I've checked balance, it's not much better then vanilla bullet turret, it makes ca. 50-80 % of vanilla turret damage, by twice bigger radius and three times bigger damage.
