[Request] Icons for Advanced Weaponry

My mod (and I) are in desperate need for someone who has any clue how to make pixel art in the "factorio style".

I've made icons for most of the weapons/ammo that I've added, and while they give the idea, they lack the factorio look, and I've left my color palette on some to remind me to try and do them better. But I'd like some help if someone(or someones) wants to take this on.
So what do I need?
Technology Icons (128x128)
Advanced Weaponry - The technology researched to unlock each item, 4 total. Currently using military icon, and I could envision something similar with weapons icons.
Laser Weapon Damage
Laser Weapon Shooting Speed
Grenade Launcher Damage
Grenade Launcher Shooting Speed
Item Icons (32x32)
Assault Rifle - (Just using default "SMG")
Sniper Rifle
Sniper Rifle Ammo
Laser Rifle
Charge Packs - (For laser weapons)
M79 Grenade Launcher
MGL Grenade Launcher
Basic Launched Grenade
HE Launched Grenade
Poison Launched Grenade
And finally here's what I've made that I'm not overly happy with:
I'm really at a loss for how to represent faster shooting speed and damage for the four technologies.
