Profilio - Profile manager, keep saves and mods in sync

I created a profile manager that ties mod folders with save folders so it's easier to switch between different environments. It also supports different installations.

Features:
- Manage different profiles, each profile has a different set of mods and saves
- Tie profiles to specific versions of Factorio, switch between old version with a few mods to an experimental version with many
- Uses symlinks or junctions, with optional fallback to regular move
- Multiplatform, tested on Linux and Windows, should work on Mac (Mac users, please let me know)
