Work-In-Progress / Pre-Alpha Mods is only for topics that actually contain mods which can be used directly in the game. Yours is more of a mod creation tool for mod developers.

One question:
Why do you have the loading screen? IMO Its not necessary!
Its kind of funny creating a mod in the command line (.bat) again.
I also thought about creating something like this, but still haven't enough time for it.
Nice tool hope you can complete it.

I know its not necessary but its still a fun addition, later ill add a setting if you want it or not!
I made this on a bat because of its easy difficulty to set up, Im thinking that i will edit it to be a full program later in development.

I kinda agree, but im trying to get the program upto date, and crossing it over to other types of operating systems. Im a little overwhelmed, but im managing!
